Notice and fees

| More than 48 hours before | No charge | Reschedule or cancel freely from your booking link. |
| Less than 48 hours before | Full session fee | Your therapist's time is already committed. |
| No-show | Full session fee | Tell us if something urgent happened, we review case by case. |
| Cancelled by Talk Space | Full refund or free reschedule | We will offer the next available slot with your therapist. |
Refunds on plans
For multi-session plans, unused sessions are refundable within 60 days of purchase, pro-rated at the single-session rate. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Group cohorts
Group fees are refundable in full up to 7 days before the cohort begins. After that, we can transfer your place to the next cohort but cannot refund the fee, as facilitator time and materials are committed.
